AnsMed Home Care, the fastest growing Home Care Service provider in Ghana, has from today, migrated from paper to a digital patient information management system. This paperless system will enable caregivers to enter their care notes directly into their patient’s electronic folders.

This move is in line with the company’s vision of putting in place stringent measures for efficient management of patient information.

When asked how the new system will improve clients’ experience, the administrator of the firm, Mr. Delali said the system has been designed to offer real-time access to clients. Thus, all clients will have 24/7 access to the care notes of their loved ones, right on their phones.

He again added that the new system is easy to access and use. You only have to download an app on your phone to give you access to all your medical information.

Caregivers also commended the management for the introduction of the system.
