Staff enjoys a medical insurance cover for their medical laboratory needs. Also, AnsMed welfare ensures that staff receives 50% reimbursement for the cost of their medical consultations, admissions, and medication. Also, caregivers undergo a onetime free medical examination before appointment to duty. All these are done to ensure our caregivers are fit for duty before and during appointment.
- Flexible Working Period
Our caregivers enjoy opportunity of running shift with other colleagues which make room for them to attend to personal needs. They are always at liberty to request ahead of time preferred number of off days.
- Rewarding Salary
Staff receive rewarding salaries for every work done. Salaries including overtime allowance. Salaries are paid promptly to staff account at the end of the month. Also, all staff are eligible for salary advance to attend to urgent personal needs.
- Professional growth
We provide as part of professional growth and ensuring quality service delivery, professional development training programs. This is either done virtually or in person in our simulation center. Staff also receive continuous coaching from our experienced care coordinators.
